Babylon[]
After getting back to New Orleans, Brodie calls Daddius, who is having sex with Noah, and he tells him that he is back in town. He says he's headed to Noah's house to ask to stay there and even though Daddius tries to talk him out of it, he decides that going to Noah's is the best option. Daddius quickly gets dressed and leaves Noah, narrowly avoiding bumping into Brodie. When Noah answers the door he sighs, but lets Brodie inside and Brodie comments on the new decor. In the bathroom Brodie says that Noah's new boyfriend forgot his douche and Noah tells him it's his. Brodie says that in the three years they were together Noah never bent over even to tie his shoes and Noah shoots back that he never thought he would like it so much.
Brodie goes into the garage and finds that all of his stuff is still being stored there. He flashes back to when he was decorating the garage and Noah came in to propose to him with a light up ring. Noah comes in and tells Brodie that he's going to a drag show that night, and Brodie invites himself to come along.
Outside Club Babylon, Noah warns Brodie that he's meeting someone inside and Brodie tells him to go on without him. Noah meets up with Daddius and says that he doesn't want to keep their relationship a secret since Brodie is now going to be staying with him. Brodie finds Noah and Daddius together and asks Noah when they are going to meet the new boyfriend, but Noah walks away.
After the shooting, Noah goes to the hospital searching for Brodie and gets pulled aside for questioning. They ask where he was and he tells them that he had gone outside to meet a friend named Daddius, and they ask if he's referring to Daddius Miller. Brodie wakes up and hears from Marvin that he just met Ruthie, and Brodie asks if Noah and Daddius are with her. After meeting with Ruthie he uses her phone to call Noah, but he doesn't pick up. He starts to look for him and they bump into each other in the hallway. They kiss and hug, crying in relief until Noah tells Brodie that Daddius is dead.
Blocked[]
Six weeks after the Club Babylon shooting, Brodie has sent Noah dozens of texts asking to meet up or talk and gets very few vague replies. They both deal with their trauma in different ways, and Noah doesn't want to see Brodie when he is still mourning Daddius.
When Julian gets arrested for cruising at the mall, Brodie sends Noah a text asking for help getting him out of jail, and Noah gets him off with a warning. Brodie tries to talk to Noah, who is not very interested but says it's nice to see Brodie looking out for his brother finally.
Brodie opens up to Julian about everything going on in his life, saying Noah is avoiding him, and Julian convinces him to swap phones for dating app purposes. Julian then sends a text to Noah that says Brodie is having a rough time and really needs Noah to be there for him. Noah reads this text, and after a dream about Daddius, decides to go hag out with them.
Meeting up with Brodie and Julian, Noah agrees that Brodie can move in with him, and offers that Julian can come too. They then head over to the vigil that Jack Cole Jordan organized, meeting up with Ruthie and Shar. While the names of the nine victims are read out including Daddius, Noah and Brodie hug and cry. They go home and have sex, where Noah bottoms, even though Brodie insists he doesn't have to. During, Noah has a vision that it's Daddius he's having sex with. Afterwards, Brodie says that he's missed Noah and is so glad for the second chance, but Noah just stares silently at the ceiling.
Welcum to the Hellmouth[]
Brodie tries to wake Noah up with a handjob, but Noah tells him to leave him alone. Brodie discovers Daddius's ashes under the bed and they talk about a final resting place for him. Brodie jokes that Daddius would love to spend eternity under the bed witnessing their sex life, but Noah just stares guiltily at the urn. To change the topic Noah asks what Brodie living plans are, and Brodie takes this as him being kicked out. Brodie tells him that he'll have his survivor fund money soon and be out of Noah's hair, but Noah pulls him back and explains that's not what he meant. They kiss and Brodie heads out to the next Jack Cole Jordan event.
When Brodie gets back from the event, Noah and Julian are watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer on the couch. Brodie comes in with Bussey and Marvin, angrily pacing, and Noah asks Bussey what's happening. Marvin explains that Daddius's parents received a free car from JCJ and Noah gets as upset as Brodie, who complains that the vigils are killing queer night life. Brodie says that they should throw a party to honour Daddius and all the other victims and after a failed objection from Noah, the group starts organizing.Noah gets in bed with Brodie thinking about Daddius and asks him to do "the thing". Brodie plays with his hair and the pretends to pull the bad thoughts out of Noah's head, after which Noah turns and hugs him.
Brodie comes home with a wagon of decorations and interrupts Julian and Noah's conversation about Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He says that he got a queer discount for the decorations and Noah asks how much redecorating he's planning, which makes Brodie grin. After the group sets up all of the decorations, Noah heads over to Brodie, who is putting the finishing touches on the display with the victims pictures. Noah says that it's perfect, and Brodie says it has to be for Daddius's last ever party. At the sound of fireworks everyone hits the ground, and they discover a trash can on the front porch where they were set off and a sign saying "die f--s", causing a debate whether to continue with the party.
When Brodie comes home, he pulls Noah aside and says that the homophobes gave them a name for the party. They pull the sign off the house and spray paint it to say "Ghost F--", and hang it above the door. The party quickly fills up and Noah gets upset when he sees people using Dadduis's urn as an ashtray. This leads to him yelling at Brodie in front of everyone. He says that Brodie manipulated him into throwing the party using Daddius, and that Brodie never considers anyone but himself. Noah then goes to hide away in his room, and opens up to Julian about missing Daddius, leading to them sharing a kiss.
After Brodie takes a trip to Daddiu's parent's house to blow up their free car, he returns and goes to apologize to Noah. Noah apologizes for reacting the way he did, and the two make up, Brodie saying he hadn't realized how close Noah had gotten to Daddius while he was away at medical school. The group goes to the park to bury Daddius, Brodie explaining that they're burying him at his favourite cruising spot. Ruthie asks why they're dumping him next to used condoms, then laughs saying it makes perfect sense. They share memories of him, then throw glitter as a final goodbye to their friend.
