Hal Sparks (Hal Harry Magee Sparks III) is an American actor, comedian, musician and television personality. He portrayed the role of Michael Novotny. He has also played Donald Davenport on the Disney XD fantasy sitcom Lab Rats.
Early life
Hal Sparks was born at Cincinnati, Ohio, but grew up at Peak Mill, Kentucky. When Sparks was 14 years old, he moved to the Chicago Metropolitian area and enrolled into New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois, where he entered into the theatre department.
